Yara is a Banyan Group collection in Laguna: twelve single-storey villas on the edge of the Banyan Tree Lagoon, a short walk from Banyan Tree Phuket. Eleven are reserved. Villa V1 is the end villa of the three-bedroom row.
The house is one long level: a foyer, a living and dining pavilion that opens fully to the terrace, a pantry, three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a fourth bathroom for guests and a multipurpose room for a study or a nanny. The pool and the jacuzzi run along the lagoon. It is sold furnished, so the keys come with the furniture already in place.

04Construction
Yara: built villa by villa
Banyan Group builds each Yara villa in about 18–24 months and the payments follow the stages: structure at 25%, roof at 50%, services at 75%, then the keys. With the deferred plan half of the price waits until after completion. We send the current schedule of Villa V1 in writing.
